In 2013 Kruno Cukrov (grandson of Kruno Krstulović) and his family took the chalange of restoration the old oilery and by July 2013 the oilery become Musuem of olive oil in Skrip and it is open for public as historical and cultural monument of history of making olive oil on the island .
The Cukrov family continues the family tradition of producing olive oil as a part of their family business, this time on modern maschines, for which it was awarded bronze medal for extra virgin olive oil at the Oblica fest 2014 in Postira.
In the museum visitors can taste and buy olive oil .The museum held various cultural events.

Senjković Winery: A Hip n’ Humble Winery on Brač
The family’s Senjkovic winery is located in Dračevica, in the hinterland of Brač just 15 minutes from Supetar by car. Surrounded by lush vineyards and lovely Dalmatian style ambiance you’ll get a memorable experience. Taste several of the high-quality wines, while learning about wine production, walk through the vineyards and enjoy the ambiance.
Senjkovic’s Bročko Rić wine is one of the best value-for-money reds on the market; an elegant and fruity Plavac Mali. The name of the wine translates into ‘The Word of Brač,’ referring to the characteristic dialect of the island.
The Senjković Winery have swirled the Croatian wine world with their Spoža, an award-winning, addictive rosé. This Plavac Mali opol is surprisingly tame and the 13% alcohol doesn’t fire up the palate; instead floral perfumes linger… a perfect drink under the sun. Spoža means ‘bride’ in dialect and on the label is a drawing of Saša’s grandmother (Bosso’s daughter) at her wedding. The 2011 vintage recently won best wine from the WOW (Women on Wine) Association.
When visiting Bol a must is the visit to the wine celler Stina and the wine tasting.
Located in the Bol center, the celler has been recently renovated as well as the viticulture and viniculture in Bol and area.
The island of Brač is unique and famous for its white stone (Stina), but also for numerous artists who lived and created on the island. Many famous Croatian poets, authors, sculptors and painters were born on Brač. Brač stone has always been a source of inspiration due to its beauty, but it is also a symbol of hardship when it comes to viticulture and viniculture. This is why we chose the name Stina for our wine. In the Dalmatian dialect, this word means stone, the strongest symbol of the island of Brač.
The peculiar bottle packaging was designed by the renowned Croatian design studio Bruketa&Žinić. This packaging has won awards five times so far: the best package design in Croatia at Ideja X and Cropack, the best package design award in Europe at Helsinki, and the third best package design award in the world at New York, by the choice of the prestigious Art Directors Club.
Apart from by the stone (stina), the long history of Brač has always been marked by the cultivation of grapevine, especially the Plavac mali variety. One of such locations on the south side of the island of Brač, above the settlement of Murvica, is the Stipančić desert (convent), dating back to the 15th century. After the purchase of this convent, i.e. the estate with the total area of 32 ha, terrain reconstruction began where grapevine has been cultivated for more than 500 years. Since the terrain is exceptionally steep, with a slope exceeding 45°, the stone (stina) retaining walls were already built in the ancient times, so that the small amounts of fertile soil that were located there would be protected from erosion caused by water. During the reconstruction, the old retaining walls were renovated and completely new ones were built in order to obtain new areas for grapevine planting. This is how, with a lot of effort and enormous investments, grapevine was restored to the place where it had been cultivated for several centuries. The traditional manner of cultivation, without reinforcement, was also kept, with 10000 vines per hectare, while all the agricultural works in the vineyard are performed manually.
